1. App Purchases & Transactions

Sea Lab Studios does not sell digital products directly. All purchases are facilitated by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store). Your relationship regarding payments, refunds, and subscription management is governed by the terms of those specific platforms. Sea Lab Studios has no access to your credit card or personal billing information.

2. Advertising & Affiliates

Our services may display advertisements via Google AdMob. We may also participate in various affiliate marketing programs. Clicking on these links may result in commissions for Sea Lab Studios. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party advertisers or external websites.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, logos, and specific application features (such as haptic vibration protocols), are the property of Sea Lab Studios and are protected by international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sea Lab Studios provides apps on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any data loss or hardware issues resulting from the use of our software, nor are we responsible for the security of third-party platforms used to purchase our apps.
